Up until now we’d seen the Techart 991 GT3 RS Carbon Line package for the Porsche 991 GT3 RS in a couple of different colors. Now for the first time this bad boy turns up in one of the most desirable RS color, the Ultraviolet.
We would agree that even on a white car Techart GT3 RS Carbon Line package is now what you call prominent. In fact, it’s fairly subtle and obscure as it only replaces the black plasticy bits on the RS carbon fiber. And we’d grant you that this kit looks even more obscure on this Ultraviolet car. But we put it to you, that’s what makes it so cool. The less showy your kit looks, the classier it is.
That means only those who know what they’re looking at will realize this bad boy has a Techart GT3 RS Carbon Line kit on it. They’ll be looking at front spoiler, wheel arch air outlet louvers, side skirts and air intakes, Porsche SportDesign mirrors, roof spoiler, rear spoiler panels, and rear diffuser, and they’ll be like damn that’s hot!
Techart’s kit for the 991 GT3 RS comes in matt or glossy finish and you can complement them with a set of the tuner’s fancy wheels as well. They don’t have a power kit for this model yet, because no one has. We think Porsche has stopped tuners from working on the engine of the GT3 because they’re soon coming out with a GT2 version and don’t want that car’s thunder stolen even before it’s born.
