Aston Martin by Hackett Collection Announced

Aston Martin by Hacket 0 600x388 at Aston Martin by Hackett Collection Announced

As they prepare for the launch of the new DB11 grand tourer Aston Martin announced a new partnership with yet another fashion brand. The Aston Martin by Hackett capsule collection for Autumn/Winter 2016 is the first outcome of this long-term mutual endorsement deal.

What this means to the ordinary customers is that they get pretty much the same thing they used to get from the brand, except now they will have to pay a lot more for it because it comes with Aston’s name attached to it. Likewise, if Aston Martin by Hackett ever results in a limited edition DB11 the car is going to cost much more than a regular version because it comes with some Hackett badges.

At any rate, if you are a sucker for brand-name stuff let us tell you that Aston Martin by Hackett is a 14-piece collection including outerwear, knitwear, shirts, trousers and accessories. They are described as “quintessentially British, innovative, and luxurious,” and said to be the “epitome of style.”

Jeremy Hackett, Chairman and founder of Hackett commented: ”I am very proud of the successful relationship that Hackett has forged with Aston Martin.  We are both forward-looking brands with a strong focus on delivering a refined product to a discerning market. Taking the step from uniforms for the race team into a beautiful capsule collection of luxurious clothing has been a pleasure for Hackett and we believe we have created a collection that drives us to the next level in elegance and refinement.”
