Lexus have been quite daring these past few years with their design, but in terms of what sort of products they make, they are as predictable as ever. So following the success of the RX and the NX they are now pondering the possibilities of a new, smaller SUV with the Lexus UX Concept which they will unveil at the upcoming 2016 Paris Motor Show.
Being a concept, for now, Lexus UX features an overly angular body with huge wheels and the kind of visual elements you see only in comic books. But you never know. Lexus could go ahead and put this thing into production just the way it looks as a concept. People are into weird stuff these days, which isn’t a necessarily a bad thing. Lexus still carries around some of that old image that they make cars for retirees. The UX could shake the remnants of that off beautifully.
Besides Lexus UX Concept the Japanese car maker is bringing to the 2016 Paris show the refreshed Lexus IS, the new Lexus NX Sport Edition and the new flagship LC coupe.
