Independent designer Rain Prisk has already given us a McLaren 650S ski car. But the only guy in the world who would want such a thing, Jon Olsson, recently got himself an insane custom Lamborghini Huracan. So Prisk came up with this Bugatti Vision GT ski car as a sort of end game for Olsson, just in case the guy ever wanted to go all out.
Olsson, as I’m sure you know, is a freestyle skier and an adventurist with a passion for exotic machines. He has a habit of buying exotic and luxury cars and then having them tuned to the extreme with all sorts of power kits, crazy wraps and body kits, and of course, the all-important ski box. That last part is a signature dish for all Olsson cars, because no matter how sporty or exotic the car, he will take them to the slopes and drive them on snow and ice.
So, although it would be ruinously expensive to build, a Buggati Vision Gran Turismo ski car like the one pictured here would be the ideal toy for Jon Olsson. The thing has 1,500 horsepower so it’s an awful lot of fun, and it has four-wheel-drive and massive wings and stuff so if he ever got stuck he can get a tow from a tractor or something! Most importantly, though, the Bugga ski car looks totally and utterly cool.
