In spite of all the criticism Bentley’s super deluxe SUV had to endure in its first months of presence in the market, the thing continues to sell like hot muffins and that is good enough reason for the car maker to invest in new variants. So please welcome the richly adorned Bentley Bentayga Mulliner, and ultra-posh version of the SUV built by the company’s prestigious bespoke division.
As with the previous works by this division, the Bentley Bentayga Mulliner benefits not just from a revised exterior featuring magnificent details, it has also been improved and upgraded inside and in terms of equipment. The big Brit comes with a host of exclusive features, the main highlights of which include unique two-tone paint job, Mulliner Bottle Cooler, unique 22″ wheel design, new veneer concept and a bespoke Mulliner interior colour split with contrast embroidery.
To give more details, the Duo Tone paint job option with carefully selected colors is paired with 22” Paragon seven-spoke wheels with floating wheel centres, unique exterior badge, and the addition as standard of body-coloured lower bodywork and bright chromed lower bumper grilles. As for the interior, it features an illuminated chilling cabinet and bespoke Cumbria Crystal flutes, exclusive Ombré Burr Walnut Veneer, Naim for Bentley Audio system, heated parking system, and…
As befits a Mulliner this vehicle comes only with the biggest engine, a 6.0-litre, W12 engine with 608 PS (600 bhp) and 900 Nm (663 lb. ft.) delivering a 0-60 mph time of 4.0 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds) and a top speed of 187 mph (301 km/h). A one-off Bentley Bentayga Mulliner will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show introducing the new range with its unique marquetry depicting Monte Rosa mountain range.
