Production Renault Samsung SM7 Unveiled

Renault Samsung revealed the production version of the SM7 concept, a large and luxurious sedan for the Korean market.

Although it’s not just as dramatic as the concept, the SM7 looks bold and imposing and features a spacious interior and large boot. It is an interesting design. The car promises comfort, silent ride, precise chassis and high-performance engines.

This refined, luxuriously-appointed sedan will sit at the top of the brand’s range, and will go on sale by the end of the year. The SM7 shares the uses the same underpinnings as Nissan Maxima or Teana as it’s known in Japan and some other Asian markets, and will probably get the same engines as well. That means it’ll get a 3.5 liter V6 from Nissan’s VQ series with 250hp.

The SM7 has got everything it needs to be presented in Europe as well. But that decision is yet to be made. Check out a video of the car below.
