Although comparing a Japanese sports car with an American muscle car might not make much sense, but if you look at the specs sheet for these cars you find they’re in the same price bracket, and the performance figures are not that far apart either. What’s more, both the BRZ and the Mustang V6 are enthusiast’s cars. They are going to be bought by people who want the maximum amount of fun for their cash. So they’re actually pretty close rivals.

That is why MotorTrend’s Angus McKenzie set about comparing the two by taking them through the canyon roads to the Streets of Willow racetrack, for the pro race driver Randy Pobst to push them to the limit and give his verdict which one he thinks is better.
