OK, before you get too excited we should point out that these are not official pictures and video we have here. The pictures appear to be ripped from Porsche 918 Spyder’s digital brochure, and the video has been filmed at one of the cars outings during a Nurburgring event. Still, they will give you a good look at the car and some of its exquisite details.

One thing Porsche seems to be putting an emphasize on with the 918 is the livery. Apparently, you can order your 918 in two racing liveries – besides the usual range of colors – including Martini and Salzburg. The one you see in the video is probably just a sort of camo for the prototype, because there’s no evidence of its existence in the leaked brochure images.

What caught our eye is the 918’s magnificent interior. The whole console seems to be a giant tablet with touch buttons and moving graphics like you get on a smartphone. It’s a nice mix of modernity and traditions though, as you still get Porsche’s ancillary dials with the rev counter in the middle. There is also a red starter button on the steering wheel which looks really cool.

There’s so many interesting facts about the Porsche 918 that it’s easy to overlook some of the most important ones; like how it makes going on to 770 horsepower, and yet manages to achieve 78 mpg. One thing you can’t overlook no matter how hard you try is the the 918’s million dollar price tag.
