Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper at 2012 SEMA

Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper at Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper at 2012 SEMASEMA show would feel empty without a couple of heavy tuned Jeep Wranglers. So here’s one, by Chrysler themselves, the Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper. This car is to all intents and purposes the ultimate Wrangler. It’s got a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with 375 horsepower and 410 lb-ft. of torque, and it sits on 42-inch off-road tires.

The wheels are painted matte black, which complements the dune-in-matte color of the body very well. The ground clearance is more than enough for conquering any kind of terrain, but to make sure it stays safe, the Trooper also features full-length underbody skid plate prototype.

Other Mopar accessories on this convertible Jeep include a skid plate, Warn winch, LED off-road lights, rock rails and trailer-tow hitch receiver.

Inside the cabin you’ll find Chrysler’s favorite premium black Katzkin Leather on the seats, plus a rearview camera, Mopar prototype CB radio, all-weather slush mats, hood lock, and locking trailside winch kit. The car also has a couple of secure storage boxes.
