A screenshot from the 2014 Corvette C7’s official service manual reveals the front-end design of the new sports car. The drawing gives you a good idea what the new Corvette will look like, as you can notice the headlights, the front bumper, vented hood, and those stylish side vents.

Chevrolet has managed to keep the new Corvette a secret so far, but as we get closer to the Detroit Motor Show, more and more details about it are leaking to the web. Chevy themselves have launched a teasing campaign in which they are gradually revealing some of the cars bits and bobs. They have also confirmed that the C7 will be powered by a new 6.2 liter V8 engine, but official performance numbers are yet to be revealed.

Based on what we’ve seen and heard so far, the new Corvette is going to be a very exciting sports car with better handling and quality than the previous version. Not sure about the design, though. We have to wait a bit longer for that.
