Yep, it’s another design award for the new Mazda6, but this time it has nothing to do with the car itself! It has won the 2013 Click Awards for the ‘Best Web Design’, which complements the Red Dot Design Award the car had won a few months ago.

The Click Awards are given to the best car website based on feedback from thousands of consumers from across the UK and cover areas of lead generation, web design, search engine optimisation (SEO) excellence, mobile and social media. The judging panel included experts from Google, Nokia, Twitter and Elvis Communications.

Mazda6’s website beat pages from Audi and Volkswagen to win this year’s accolade. Judges were impressed by the site’s great features, including expandable menus, large scrolling pages of editorial style content and extensive use of large scale imagery.

Mazda has really hit the jackpot with the new Mazda6, and that makes the life even harder for the next Mazda3 because it is expected to do even better.
