Prices Announced For 2014 Infiniti QX70 and QX60

2014 Infiniti QX60 600x399 at Prices Announced For 2014 Infiniti QX70 and QX60

Infiniti revealed the official pricing of its new 2014 modelyear SUVs, the QX70 and the QX60. No, these are not brand-new models. They only have new names. The QX70 is what we used to call the FX, and the QX60 is the newer JX crossover.

This year, and out of the blue, Infiniti decided to change its nomenclature, calling all the sedans and coupes Q and the utility models QX. The number after the letters refers to the actual model.

The good old FX (QX70) has not changed in its new model, apart from the name of course. It still comes with those interesting looks, and a choice of two engines, including a 3.7 liter V6 and a 5.0 liter V8. All-wheel-drive is standard on the V8 models, but optional on the V6.

Prices start from $44,950 for the RWD V6, $46,400 for the AWD V6, and $61,500 for the AWD V8.

The QX60 (JX) will soon become available with that Hybrid powertrain they had promised, but for now it has to make do with only a 3.5 liter V6 engine. It comes in two FWD and AWD configurations. The 2014 models get auto-dimming inside mirror with HomeLink Universal Transceiver as standard, and two optional Premium and Premium Plus Packages and the addition of power up-folding 3rd row seats to the Deluxe Touring Package.

Prices for the QX60 start at $41,550 for the RWD and $42,950 for the AWD model. There is also a $995 destination charge that needs to be added to all of the prices mentioned here.
