President Barack Obama is currently in Japan for… well, whatever. The interesting part of his trip to Japan, for us, is his visit to the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Tokyo. There he was greeted by Honda ASIMO humanoid robot, and the two even played some ball.

ASMIO was quite friendly and even greeted Obama in English before demonstrating some of its signature moves including running, kicking a ball and jumping. But Obama said he found the robot a little scary.

ASIMO: “Mr. President, I am ASIMO, a humanoid robot. It is a pleasure to meet you. I keep training every day so that someday in the future I can help people in their homes.”
