Skoda announced the launch of the special edition Laurin and Kelement Octavia in the British market. Available as both liftback and estate, prices for the Octavia L&K start from £26,410. For you can also order all the goodies of this special edition for your normal Octavia for £4,100.

As to what makes Skoda Octavia Laurin & Klement special, it comes with a number of visual features that distinguish it from the run of the mill models, and it is packed with equipment. The L&K comes with Bi-xenon headlights with Adaptive Front Lights System, 18-inch Turbine design wheels, chrome windows surrounds, and sunset glass.

Inside, the list of extra features include brown Alcantara and leather upholstery, L&K cabin logos, stitching and door sill trims, adjustable driver’s seat with memory function, lumbar support and heating, and illuminated front and rear footwells. But that’s not all. You also get adaptive cruise control with Front Assistant, Canton audio system, lane assist, park assist, and cornering fog lights.

As for the engines, the entry-level Skoda Octavia Laurin & Klement comes with a 2.0-litre TDI CR 150PS DPF which costs £26,410 for the hatch and £28,665 for the estate version. The petrol models feature a 1.8-litre TSI 180PS. Prices for this one start at £26,570 for the hatch and £27,375 for the estate.
