The work is underway on developing an XX version of the LaFerrari for the Corse Clienti program, and it is going good judging by the state of this prototype caught at Monza during a test session. In pursuit of perfection, Ferrari engineers have apparently worked this LaFerrari XX prototype hard. So hard, in fact, that it’s starting to disintegrate!

Two minutes into the video you will see the XX having a slight mishap with the right rear tire as it tries to break away from the car. It causes a butt-clinching moment, but the test driver sorts it out without breaking a sweat. Don’t fast forward though. You can enjoy the car’s amazing soundtrack until you get to the mishap part:

LaFerrari XX comes with a number of profound changes over the standard car. One of these changes is the aerodynamic packages with wide arches and bigger spoilers, and it looks really good on the car. Another change will be the power output, which according to the latest reports will be well over the 1,000 mark. The price tag will also be different for this car. You can expect something in the neighborhood of 2 million Euro.
