Infiniti Q60 Eau Rouge 600x360 at Rendering: Infiniti Q60 Eau Rouge

One of the biggest highlights of this year’s Detroit Motor Show was, without a doubt, the new Infiniti Q60 Coupe. This concept will head into production later in the year with the pretty much the same exact looks, but that’s apparently not good enough for some.

One of the folks who thought the Q60 could do with a bit more drama added to its mix is car designer Theophilus Chin. Unlike most other people, however, Theo can actually do something about it. And indeed he has done. Meet the Infiniti Q60 Eau Rouge.

To make the Q60 more interesting, Chin decided to add some of the design features of the Q50 Eau Rouge concept to the new coupe. We don’t have a shot of the rear of the car, but the front-end of the Infiniti Q60 Eau Rouge is significantly sportier than the standard car, thanks to the borrowed bumper featuring a massive splitter, flared wheel arches, and side skirts.

It is unlikely for the Infiniti Q60 Eau Rouge to get the green light for production; at least until the top brass is convinced their confirming the Q50 Eau Rouge for production has not been a misguided decision. But hey, you know what they say: never say never!
