Even though the new Ford GT super car is still a long way off from becoming a production model, it is only a matter of time before this one too gets treated to a set of ADV1 wheels. It is like these guys have made a vow to put their wheels on every single make of exotic car in the world. And they’ve had a pretty good run so far.

So while we’re waiting for the real thing to arrive, check out this rendering of the 2016-17 Ford GT on a set of ADV1 ADV05S wheels in a Manbronze finish. This is also your chance to see the new GT in an interesting matte grey finish which suits the car very well.

The new Ford GT is very much of its time, boasting a modern design with just the right amount of retro features to make it look cooler, the latest SYNC technologies inside the cabin, and an EcoBoost engine in the middle of the chassis. It is fast, efficient, and, even though nobody’s driven it yet, pretty good at what it is supposed to do, because it’s 2015 and making a bad car is not an option for the manufacturers anymore.

The thing is though, it has lost some of the features of the previous GT that made it so popular. Obviously it doesn’t look much like a GT, but it also doesn’t have a V8, and it is said to cost as much as a Lamborghini Aventador. We do wish it the best of luck though, because this car has the guts to break free from traditions and try new things.
