Chevrolet seems determined not to leave any Silverado truck out there without some sort of special edition touch. The next in a long line of tricked-out pickups is the Silverado Custom Sport HD based on the 2500 and 3500 HD models in LT or LTZ guises.

The 2015 Silverado Custom Sport HD comes only in Summit White and Black, and depending on the model you choose, can cost between $700 and $1,695. So let’s see what this package offers and is it worth the money or not.

The Custom Sport HD treatment is designed for those who are happy with their trucks as they are, but would like a more classy look. As such, both model get a number of exclusive visual features not found on ordinary Silverados, including body-colored front and rear bumpers, a body-colored grille with chrome-accent bars, chrome door handles and body-side moldings, and chrome-accented trailering mirrors.

Meanwhile the 2500 gets 20-inch polished aluminum wheels while the 3500 owners will enjoy 18-inch polished aluminum wheels on single-rear-wheel models, and 17-inch polished aluminum wheels on duallys.
