This past few weeks we kept coming across pictures of an absolutely unique Porsche 918 Weissach Package personalized for a customer by IND Distribution. Now courtesy of the guys at HRE Wheels who supplied the wheels for this project, we get to a pretty good look at this fascinating machine.

Boasting chassis number 512, this Porsche 918 Weissach was one-of-a-kind when it left the factory owing to that superb #57 livery inspired by Porsche Salzburg racing team of the 60s. But the owner wanted something extra, something that would set his car further apart from any other 918 in the hood.

So he chose a set of gloss black classic HRE P101 rims that go really well with the unique design of the livery and also complement the green calipers and white body very nicely.

The main features of a Porsche 918 Weissach, for those who don’t know, include a lightweight carbon aero kit with extended front splitter and rear diffuser, and a tall rear wing, six-point harness seat belts, vintage motorsport liveries, and a set of lightweight magnesium wheels which in the case of this car were swapped for those black HREs.
