Unveiled a few days ago, the 2016 Porsche Macan GTS brings a whole new level of sportiness to the crossover segment. It slots between the Turbo and S models and offers, in effect, the best of both world with more power than the S and less luxury extravagance than the Turbo.

Porsche has just released a whole bunch of videos introducing the new Macan GTS and offering a good look at its unique visual features that, hopefully, will prevent people from mistaking you for a soccer mom taking her kids to school.

Porsche Macan GTS is powered by 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine tuned to 360 hp (265 kW) at 6000 rpm and 369 lb.-ft. (500 Nm) of torque between a broad 1650-4000 rpm in this model. It enables a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in with the optional Sport Chrono Package and up to a top track speed of 159 mph (256 km/h). The car comes with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and standard 20″ RS Spyder Design wheels finished in Satin Black, plus a standard leather package and GTS sport seats with Alcantara seat centers and GTS logos on the headrests. Prices for the GTS start from 73,400 euros.
