McLaren 650S Le Mans Spotted in Volcanic Yellow

One of the rarest and most exclusive models McLaren launched this year was the extremely limited edition McLaren 650S Le Mans. With only 50 copies for the whole world, the Le Mans is not a sight you see very often in the wild, especially in a unique color such as this.

So far we’ve only seen a couple of McLaren 650S Le Mans models in dark Sarthe Grey color. This one, spotted in a parking lot in London, features a superb Volcanic Yellow paint work. It’s a one-tone job with all the aero parts and air intakes, normally in exposed carbon fiber, finished in body color.

The highlights of a McLaren 650S Le Mans, which only a real aficionado will notice at first glance, include a revised front-end with louvers on the wings and a big roof snorkel, which you can also order through MSO division for your normal 650S and 675 LT. It also comes with F1-inspired wheels complemented in this case with yellow brake calipers. But if you miss all this the side aero blades with Le Mans written on it is another sign.

The Le Mans editions was produced to mark the historic 20th anniversary of the McLaren F1 GTR victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It only comes in coupe body style and, as mentioned, in only 50 copies.
