Suzuki is working on a new high performance edition of their Kizashi mid-size sedan which will get a turbocharged engine. This model is still in pre-production phase, but Suzuki says that when it becomes available, it delivers a premium package and experience without the premium price tag.
The engine in the new hot model will be the same 2.4 liter as in the GTS, but it’s tuned using a 16G turbocharger, Road Race Motorsports high flow intercooler, custom fuel management, Road Race’s Sleeper blow-off valve, Velocity air intake and Extreme spray injector, plus custom turbo manifold and 38mm Tial wastegate.
That should be enough for that four-banger to kick out 290 hp! So to cope with the extra power, the Kizashi will also get an aero kit with a wing at the back, lower, stiffer suspension, and 19-inch wheels wrapped in Dunlop sport tires.
