Renault is introducing a new economy-class sedan called the Latitude, which they say is designed to satisfy needs of different markets. It will be first revealed at the Moscow Motor Show at the end of August, and will make its European debut at 2010 Paris Motor Show. At this stage Renault does not provide any details on the car engine options or equipments.
But they do say that it’s based on the New SM5 platform and that means it’s designed and developed in Korea by Renault-Samsung firm. Renault Latitude is 4.89 m long, 1.83 m wide and 1.49 m high so it offers good space for the passengers and it’s also nicely designed. It even features LED lights!
For enhanced quality and reliability, Renault Latitude comes with a number of features developed and assembled to the Alliance’s highest standards and which benefit directly from the excellent results obtained by Renault on these two fronts. The detailed list of equipments will be revealed later but Renault says that you will find stuff like dual-mode air ionizer with double fragrance diffuser, triple-zone climate control, a massaging driver’s seat, Bose Premium audio,and the Renault hands-free card in it.
The car will also become available in Europe but the main markets for this model includes Asia, Africa, Russia, Turkey, Gulf, Australia and Mexico.
