Following Red Bull, it seems that Ferrari too is going to maintain the current lineup of drivers for another year or so, as they announced a new two-year with the Brazilian Felipe Massa. The 29-year-old has become a Ferrari made man in recent years and it’s not a wonder even if he ends his career with the Italians. Massa’s teammate Alonso is also under a long-term contract with Ferrari.
“I am happy to be given the opportunity to drive for Ferrari for a further two seasons,” said Massa.
“We wanted to show proof of stability for the future, believing in the worth of a driver pairing that is without equal in terms of talent, speed and its ability to work together for the good of the team,” said team boss Stefano Domenicali.
