Ford released an update for the 2011 Fiesta in form of a new line of options fro personalizing the car, including custom accessories, body kits, a Fiesta tattoo and graphics. Fiesta doesn’t really need all these stuff to sell because it’s a genuinely good car, but they will increase its appeal specially for younger buyers because Ford is offering useful stuff!

The new body kit they offer for the Fiesta consists of front air dam, side skirts and a sleek rear valance, and a roof spoiler. Also for exterior they offer a protection package, which includes splash guards and a rear bumper protector, and a kayak carrier, a bike carrier and a roof rack for outdoor enthusiasts.

Another cool feature is the unique body-side tattoo graphic available in black or silver, made of weather-resistant vinyl. It’s a good thing they don’t let you design your own tattoo though, because that would end up badly in some cases!

The Interior protection package for Fiesta includes all-weather floor mats and a rear cargo area protector.

“The Fiesta already offers customers a range of options to make it their own, from unique exterior colors to interior seating combinations, but with the addition of our accessory options, consumers can take Fiesta personalization to the next level,” said Sam De La Garza, Fiesta brand manager. “Each of the accessories adds a unique flavor to Fiesta, and everybody agrees they can find an accessory or graphic that matches their personality.”

“Fiesta has one of the most diverse and extensive factory-orderable offerings of any of our vehicles,” said Richard Anderson, planning manager, Ford Vehicle Personalization. “We’re pleased by the take-rates on early Fiesta orders, which are about twice as high as we’ve seen on any other vehicle line.”
