Ford’s latest special edition for UK is the Mondeo Sport , which is limited to 3,000 units, will go on sale next month, and offers up to £2,000 of extra equipments. The car can be had with either a 1.8-litre 125PS diesel or 2.0 145PS petrol engines. But if you want one you should be quick in placing your order because the offer only lasts as long as the lifetime of the new ’60’ plate.

Ford Mondeo Sport is available as five-door sedan or estate and comes with four colors including Frozen White, Panther Black, Sea Grey, and Moondust Silver. Some of the special features of this particular model include satellite navigation system covering Europe, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers and self-dimming rear view mirror.

Other equipments include 17-inch alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors and solar reflect windscreen to maintain a cool cabin temperature, is valued at over £2,000.  The Ford Mondeo Sport will be available from September 1 at £18,795 for the petrol version and £19,495 for the diesel – or from just £300 over the Zetec series which the new Sport is based on.
