During this year’s of Race of Champions in Dusseldorf, Germany, the former McLaren Mercedes and the current Lotus F1 driver Heikki Kovalainen has been involved in a very spectacular crash. In that crash he completely wrote off an Audi R8 LMS. According to the Finn’s twitter page, he also went unconscious for like 30 seconds but now he’s doing alright. Crashing is a part of motorpsort, but it must have been embarrassing for him having such an incident right at the beginning, in front of live audience of ROC and in presence of the biggest names in the sport!
