Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Toyota launches special editions of the five-door Land Cruiser – aka Prado – and the flagship Land Cruiser V8 – the bigger one – both loaded with extra equipments and a few styling touches. The engines are also revised for more power.

The Land Cruiser’s 3.0-litre D-4D engine now develops 188bhp and 420 Nm of torque instead of 171 and 410, while getting a new diesel particulate filter (DPF) to meet Euro 5 emissions standard The extra power also has no effect on fuel economy.
