The 2012 Jaguar XK Range benefits from slight styling tweaks and the additoin of a new super high performance XKR-S version.
As for the looks, the 2012 XK Grand Tourer features all-new headlights which are 15mm slimmer than before and have LED running lights alongside intricately styled reflector units in them. The distinctive front grille of the car is also revised and framed in chrome with mesh in the centre. It come sin black for in the XKR. The new XK also gets two small air scoops at front whcih provide cool air for the brakes.
Other highlights of the new XK’s design include horizontal vent mounted on each wing which replace the vertical ones of the old model and have a chrome blade with Jaguar lettering, LED taillights and Jaguar leaper badge.
Interior upgrades include new trim finishes and, for the first time, the option of sculpted leather sports seats. Sales of the new model begins in UK in September with the same engine lineup of V8, and V8 supercharged (XKR) and the new 550 hp XKR-S. Here’s the engine specs and pricing for 2012 XK:
