Subaru released the first teaser shot of the XV Concept, the firm’s new Crossover, set for debut at the upcoming Auto Shanghai 2011.
As Subaru points out, the XV crossover combines practicality with luxurious and fashionable design. That is just great, because as we know from the Forester and Legacy Outback, Subaru knows how to make an absolutely brilliant and functional 4×4 crossover. Now on the evidence of this teaser image, it also get a handsome design to complement the technicalities.
To sum it up then, it offers good looks, Subaru’s legendary reliability and Symmetrical AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system, huge comfort, and lots of fun. What’s more, the production version will also be priced like a Subaru, which means it’ll be good value as well.
Besides the XV, Subaru will also display Outback model’s cut body and Boxer Engines, and the Chinese rally car, plus “Symmetrical AWD” and “Horizontally-Opposed Boxer Engine” technologies.
