Finally we got a a decent set of images from the Scion FR-S that show us more details from this incredible car.

The thing about the FR-S is that it looks kinda better than the Toyota FT-86, even though they are literally the same car! Maybe it’s the red color which suits the FR-S very much. The FT-86 II in black looked cool too, but this one is so sweet they shoulda call it the candy car! Scion FR-S made a big noise at the New York Autoshow, and evidences from Japan indicate that Toyota is convinced to put the car into production with the least changes.

The production version will be powered by a boxer engine from Subaru. Performance figures are yet to be confirmed. When this comes around we won’t miss the Celica anymore.
