Chevrolet announced the latest Transformers edition of the Camaro Coupe, based on the 2012 model.

This new Bumblebee marks the opening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and will be offered in the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. The 2012 Transformers Special Edition is actually a $3,000 package for 2LT and 2SS Camaro Coupes with Rally Yellow paint.

The car gets all the RS goodies plus black rally stripes that stretch over the hood, roof, decklid and unique high-wing rear spoiler; 20-inch, black-painted wheels wrapped in high-performance summer tires; and Autobot Shield logos on the center caps and front quarter panels.

For the interior, you get black leather accented with yellow stitching on the instrument panel, center console, armrests and seats, as well as Autobot Shield logos embroidered on the front headrests, as well as the center console lid.

There are two options available as well, 21-inch, black-painted wheels and a black ground-effects package. The order books will open in July, but the first deliveries won’t arrive in the U.S. and Canada until September.
