Rolls Royce is expanding its Bespoke operation in response to the growing demands. More and more customers are showing interest in bespoke items.

In this expansion program, RR will be hiring new team members, including designers, engineers and project management staff, doubling the headcount by the end of 2011. Operational support functions will also expand in various areas including product marketing and sales.

The Bespoke items are usually lifestyle things like designer picnic baskets with silver spoons and stuff, or a mini bar in the boot. There’s also carefully selected luxurious interior materials or the creation of seamless storage for an owner’s favourite belongings.
