Many people think that Ford’s new Shelby GT500 with 650 hp kinda overshadowed Camaro’s newest weapon, the ZL1. Obviously, GM is not going to give in. So instead of focusing on horsepower, they talk about cornering and handling, stuff that aren’t really muscle carish. This is what Camaro Chief Engineer Al Oppenheiser put an emphasize on in an interview with John Naderi at L.A. Autoshow where the new ZL1 Convertible was unveiled.
