Most people think of the Porsche Cayman not as a brilliant sports car but a marketing tool, just a gap filler between the 911 and the Boxster. Porsche, obviously, begs to differ. To bring us around, they summoned Porsche UK Experience Center’s Chief Driving Consultant Gordon Robertson to take the car round the Silverstone, while trying to explain the characteristics of this well-sorted mid-engined sportscar, and why it should be treated with more love and respect. We still don’t like it though.
