Following this pointless sketch, Toyota now releases new teaser shots for the Geneva-bound FT-Bh concept car.
They’re not any good in revealing the car’s looks either, but they do prove the FT-Bh is a weird and fairly ugly green car. In other words, it’s a proper Toyota concept car.
FT-Bh stands for Future Toyota B-segment hybrid. It’s a five-door supermini in the same sort of size as the Toyota Aygo. The Bh has a targeted weight of 800kg, and CO2 emissions of less than 50 g/km.
What’s special about this car is how Toyota steered clear of using expensive materials or fancy production methods to create it. They say it would be made using commonplace, economically viable production methods and technologies, including a down-sized full hybrid powertrain.
More details will be revealed closer to the Geneva Motor Show.
