The all-new Dodge Dart will soon go on sale starting from just $15,995. It is a hugely appealing prospect at that price, especially as it’s not really a Dodge. What you get for your 16 grand is an Italian car dressed in an American suit. Dodge Dart is based on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. It even gets the same MultiAir engines. These powertains offer a good compromise between performance and efficiency, and also make a great noise, which makes driving the car more fun. The new Dart has a great recipe.

The 2013 Dodge Dart will be available in five trim levels: SE, SXT, Rallye, Limited and R/T (available 3rd quarter 2012). It will be built in the United States at Chrysler Group’s Belvidere Assembly Plant in Belvidere, Ill.
