How Ferrari builds cars so spontaneously combusted we have no idea. What we know is this is the third Ferrari FF that catches fire and burns to the ground. Before this, one had been destroyed in Germany, and another one in China. This one happened in Krakow in Poland. Apparently the driver was just having a drive, minding his own business when the car went up in flames. He managed to escape unharmed.
The car was not so lucky. It burned in its own fire while waiting for the fire brigade to come and put it away.
Now, is Ferrari investigating what is causing their $300K to catch fire? We don’t know if they are. But we remember when the same thing happened to the Ferrari 458, they didn’t do anything until 6 or 7 cars burned to a crisp. Only then they looked for the cause and realized some glue inside the rear fenders got too hot and caused the mishap. So don’t expect them to react just yet.
