Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel Edition Priced at €120,000

Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel 2 at Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel Edition Priced at €120,000

The Sebastian Vettel edition of the Infiniti FX was first revealed as a concept at the 2011 IAA to celebrate the the German’s world championship titles. Then they confirmed they are going to make it, albeit in limited numbers, and put it on sale in 2013. Now reports emerge about the car’s pricing, and it’s €120,000 apiece.

That indeed sounds like a lot for an FX, even one with so many bells and whistles as this special edition. The Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel Edition features a tuned version of the FX50’s 5.0-litre V8 with 420 hp. It’ll do 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and achieves a max speed of 300 km/h. Upgraded brakes, sport suspension, tweaked differential and revised chassis, this car has got them all.

What’s more, this FX comes with a bespoke body kit, sport wheels and unique colors, and has a racing-inspired interior as well with lots of Alcantara and carbon fiber to make it feel and look special. Think of this car as a heavily tuned FX, only the tuner is Infiniti itself.

If  all these extras are enough for you to justify the €120,000 price tag of a car that costs about €70,000 in its fullest standard trim, go right ahead and place your order. Of the 200 FX SV units, 50 are slated for the European market. The first one goes to Sebastian himself.
