Bentley Milan at Bentley Milan Opens For Business

Bentley is not selling that many cars in Italy, which makes perfect sense, because if an Italian wants to spend like more than a €100K on a car, he’d buy Italian. There’s no shortage of great GT cars in that country. Still, to enhance their presence in the Italian market, Bentley opened a new showroom in the center of business and culture, Milan.

On this occasion the new V8-powered Continental GT and GTC also made their Italian debut. The new 250 square metre showroom has capacity to display up to six cars, and will offer both sales and aftersales services. A specially designed window between the showroom and workshop facilities allows customers to watch any work being undertaken on their car from the comfort of the dealership’s lounge.

Bentley Milan is the British brand’s 39th dealership in Europe.

Last year Bentley enjoyed its best financial year ever, and it’s doing strong so far in 2012 with 3,929 cars delivered to customers and all global regions up on the same period in 2011. pening new showrooms like the Milanese one is part of their plan to continue the ongoing flow.

Guillaume Chabin, Regional Director Europe Bentley Motors, comments: “Milan has always been synonymous with luxury goods and iconic design, so it is an ideal location for a new Bentley showroom. “The timeless design and exceptional craftsmanship of Bentley models have attracted many customers to our brand over the years, and with further representation in Italy we see significant potential to increase our sales in the market.”
