Lexus released a seemingly pointless video showing an LFA in some serious action. If you look closer to the car in question though, it doesn’t seem like a normal LFA. The video itself is called Unleash The LFA, which probably means there is an unplugged, hard-core version of the car coming. The teaser promises August 1 as the date when they reveal the secret of the car.

We’ve been hearing rumors about a new version of the car being in the works, but Lexus denied launching a special edition of the LFA on a number of occasions. That makes this teaser a bit confusing.
