Celebrating their fruitful partnership with Texas institution King Ranch, Ford announced a special edition of the Ford- F-150 with the same name. As with every special edition car, the King Ranch F-150 gets unique interior and exterior features that set it apart from the rest of the range. After the Raptor, this is the coolest version of the world’s most famous pickup truck.

The F-150 King Ranch comes with, on the outside, a bold new three-bar grille and available new 20-inch machined aluminum wheels. You can further customize it with a King Ranch chrome package and monotone paint job.

As for the interior, Chaparral leather dominates the cabin , giving it a traditional look and feel, making a nice contrast with all the modern features such as MyFord Touch optimized for truck owners, standard ambient interior lighting and available class-exclusive HID headlamps.

Engine-wise, The King Ranch can be had with either a 5.0-liter V8 or the 3.5-liter EcoBoost. Both engines are mated to a fuel-saving electronic six-speed automatic transmission with tow/haul mode and SelectShift capability.

No word on the pricing yet, but it’s a must have accessory for every Texan.
