Chrysler has many new cars to take care of at this year’s SEMA show, but they haven’t forgot about their good ol’ boy, Dodge Charger. They’ve come up with the Charger Juiced, which they say is a take on a custom street rod. Well, with a 650-horsepower Viper V10 engine under the bonnet it certainly is hugely appealing.
The engine is tuned with Mopar cold air intake and Mopar cat-back exhaust system, while the chassis is upgraded with Mopar lowering kit. Visually the car benefits from Mopar front chin spoiler, Mopar Performance prototype hood (with a functional forward-facing intake) and roof carry a darker matte version of the custom Metallic “Copperhead” paint.
Other features of the exterior include matte black hood graphics and decklid graphics, body-color split cross hair grille with a Mopar grille badge, and Mopar-exclusive 20-inch lightweight wheels.
The interior too gets lots of Copperhead accents on black Katzkin leather seats, and stitching on the steering wheel, shifter and armrest, plus a “Copperhead” logo. It also gets large aluminum instrument panel bezel is matte black but also touched by subtle hints of the outside hue. Other features premium carpet floor mats and the Mopar pistol-grip shifter.
