Pagani has apparently finished making the Zonda 764 Passione and brought it out to the showroom outside the factory where it’s sitting idle for the its customer to come and collect it. In spite of early rumors that said it would be pink, the car has a pretty decent paint job. So we’re a bit skeptical about the reports that suggested it would be the last Zonda ever.
The Passione is finished in a unique shade of grey (one of the available 50!) and exposed carbon fiber, all garnished with an exquisite Italian flag on the top. It also has black wheels and a massive roof scope, which is a hint that it uses the same 760 horsepower V12 engine as with the other Zonda 760RS models. It’s not all sweetness and light though. The interior appears to be wrapped in purple leather, which is wrong.
Before this Pagani made a 760 for a customer in Chile, and another one for Lewis Hamilton. The 760 is like the ultimate expression of the Zonda. It is basically a road-legal Zonda R. A wonderful machine with a wonderful price. Well, actually, the price is not wonderful. It’s eye-watering.
