Chevrolet confirmed official pricing of the all-new 2014 Impala long before it goes on sale in Spring of 2013. Packed with tons of new technology features, the new Chevy Impala starts at $27,535, including an $810 destination charge.
The most notable features of the new car include the latest version of Chevrolet’s MyLink radio infotainment thingy with a customizable eight-inch color display screen, Adaptive Cruise Control and crash-avoidance technologies like Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Side Blind Zone Alert, as well as 10 standard airbags.
The Impala can be had with three different engines, including a 3.6L V-6, a newly designed 2.5L four-cylinder and a 2.4L four-cylinder eAssist. The only transmission offered is a six-speed automatic. You also have three trim levels to choose from; the LS, LT and LTZ.
Pricing for the V6 models starts from $30,760 for the LT and $36,580 for the LTZ. That engine is not available for the LS. Prices for the 2.5 liter model starts from $27,535 for the LS; $29,785 for the LT; $34,555 for the LTZ. Pricing for the eAssist version will be announced later.
