The new generation of Subaru Forester is getting ready for its world debut at the upcoming L.A. Auto Show. The Forester is not the prettiest, nor the most refined 4×4 family car around, but it is so loveable. It’s like an old loyal dog. The new model has gone up in the world and become more luxurious. Subaru says it’s a car for ‘Active Lifestyle’ as shown in this cool world premiere video they’ve made for it.

The new Forester is powered by Subaru’s 2.0 liter boxer turbo engine with direct fuel injection. It makes 206kW (280PS) and 350Nm @ 2000rpm, which is distributed between all four wheels via a Lineartronic CVT transmission and a sophisticated AWD system with X-MODE for extreme conditions.
