At a private Ferrari event in China the Italian company showed a glimpse of their new hyper car – codenamed F70 or F150 or whatever. This picture appears to be an official teaser shot of the successor to the Ferrari Enzo, set for debut some time next year.
Sadly the picture isn’t that revealing, but it gives you a clue what the front-end looks like. There seems to be a nice bulge in the bonnet, giving the car an F1-style nose, and the headlights appear to be a blend of F12 and 458.
Technically, based on what’s been revealed so far, the new Ferrari hyper car will be powered by a V12 petrol engine accompanied by an electric motor from the HY-KERS system. It’ll make something like 850 horsepower, which, given the 1,100 kg dry weight of the car and its super aerodynamic properties, will make the F150 pretty damn fast. Can’t wait to see this car in a head to head battle with the McLaren P1.
