The new generation Lexus IS will be unveiled at the 2013 NAIAS Detroit Motor Show. That is all Lexus tell us about the event. Well, that, and the fact that it is inspired by the LF-CC concept car. The concept is of course a coupe, but the IS is a sedan. So it probably only gets its face with that large wide mouth. We quite like the L-Finesse design language and the spindle grille, but this is too much to be honest.

Let’s hope the actual IS tone it down a bit. It will be revealed on Tuesday 15 January at Cobo Center in Detroit.
