Toyota has updated the Yaris lineup or the new year with a revised Yaris Trend grade, as well as new appearance packs available for Yaris TR and SR, adding alloy wheels and exterior styling elements.

The new Trend comes boasting Toyota’s 1.33-litre petrol engine, and either a 6-speed manual or Multidrive S automatic transmission, and new exterior appointments such as chrome elements in the fog light surrounds and headlamps, blacked out B and C-pillars, and chrome door sills and door mirror covers.

There is also new two-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, a roof spoiler and LED lamp clusters borrowed from the Yaris Hybrid. Trend will be available in 5-door only. Inside the cabin, painted trim elements and the use of ochre-coloured stitching add a nice touch of class.
