The all-new Lexus IS is expected to be revealed today, but before that happens Lexus teases the car one last time for good measure. The car in completely covered in this picture, but don’t despair, because after the jump the first official pictures of the car leaked onto the web a tad too early.

The design of the new IS is inspired by the LF-C concept coupe. This is most clear at the back with those fancy taillights. The side profile is pretty much identical to the current IS, but the front-end is completely new and a bit striking to be honest.

Once again the spindle grille is the dominating element here, while the shape of the bumper and the headlights are heavily inspired by the IS’s bigger brothers, the GS and LS. The car in these pictures appears to be wearing the F-Sport body kit.
